Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010

Link opens in new windowPublic Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 came into force on 1st October 2010.  The new duties of the Scottish Government and public bodies under part 3 of the Act is to publish a range of financial and other information intended to promote openness and transparency across the public sector in Scotland.
