We welcome your comments, concerns, compliments and complaints regarding the care and treatment you receive.
We try to achieve a high standard of services and are always looking for ways to improve them, but we recognise that at times we could do better.
If you think there is or might be a better way of providing services or care then please pass on your ideas.
If you want to make a comment or complaint, in the first instance please speak to a member of staff involved in your care. If you can do this, they may be able to resolve your issue quickly.
If you are unhappy with the response to your comment / complaint, or if you would prefer to discuss the matter with someone else, please contact the Patient Services Team (see number below) and a member of staff will guide you through the process of making a complaint.
If you are unhappy with any matter relating to General Practice, Dentist, Optician or Pharmacy you should raise your complaint with the Practice Manager in the first instance. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from the practice our Patient Services Team would be able to offer advice on how to proceed.
