NHS Board papers

 Dumfries & Galloway NHS Board meet on the first Monday of each month, from 10am and are generally held at Easterbrook Hall in Dumfries with the exception of January and August.

Members of the public are welcome to attend Board meetings.

From January 2009 NHS Dumfries and Galloway's Nurse Director and Executive Lead for Healthcare Associated Infections (HAI) began to provide monthly reports to the NHS Board Meetings.   The report covers Healthcare Associated Infections which include information on C-diff or clostridium difficile, MRSA or Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Norovirus or winter flu/winter vomiting bug.  The report also includes acute and community hospital cleanliness and hand hygiene compliance audits.
